Subscriptions

Members with subscriptions outstanding should contact the membership secretary. 

Full members

The annual subscription for full members is £20, due on joining the society and then each 1 January.

If you are not yet a member, please ensure that you send your membership application form to the membership secretary and receive your membership number before making any payment.

All members are asked to use their membership number as a reference for any payment they make. Members who have forgotten their membership number are asked to contact the membership secretary, who will be happy to remind them of it.

Pay by standing order For members who have UK bank accounts, the Society prefers to receive subscriptions by standing order: a form for setting up a standing order is available here. Members may also use the bank details on the form to make direct bank transfers. In either case, the Society requests members to use their membership number as a reference for the payment.

Pay online Members may also now pay subscriptions online. We are able to accept one-off or regular payments of PhilSoc membership fees online via PayPal using the buttons below. Members do not need a PayPal account to use this facility: PayPal handles secure payments from common credit or debit cards as well as from its own accounts. Members will also need their PhilSoc membership number to make a payment online. You can make a one-off payment, to cover the membership fee for up to five years:
